Vladimir is an Advisor in the cabinet of Executive Management of the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining the EIF, Vladimir worked for over 18 years at the European Commission, at various technical and managerial positions focusing on venture capital, guarantees to support SME lending, and on financing of innovation, competitiveness and employment policies. He started his career at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.
Vladimir holds a Masters’ degree from Charles University in Prague and a post-graduate LL.M. in Law and Finance from Goethe University in Frankfurt.
