Magdalena Radova is an Impact Investor & Innovation Consultant with international experience in advancing impact finance and sustainable innovation. She advises funders, accelerators, mission-driven ventures and small businesses on impact investments, impact business modelling and value creation, with a strong focus on bridging global know-how and local action in Central & Eastern Europe.
A former Head of Impact at Tilia Impact Ventures, she helped build the region’s first impact VC fund, and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Czech Sustainable Investment Forum, as a jury member of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator and as an independent advisor. Her career began in Luxembourg, working with global microfinance and development finance institutions, particularly in emerging markets. She holds a Master’s degree from the Sorbonne and has a background in economics, finance, and behavioural studies.
