Daniel is responsible for the management and strategic development of Crowdberry. He also focuses on growth capital investments and debt financing for small and medium-sized enterprises. He brings to Crowdberry over 15 years of experience in industry, mergers and acquisitions, and investment banking, having completed more than 20 transactions with a total value of €1.7 billion. He has worked at the investment bank NIBC in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, at Kaufman Bros investment bank in New York, as well as at Daimler AG and BASF AG. In Slovakia, he co-founded the advisory investment company EWAMCo. Daniel studied mathematics, strategy, and international management at Comenius University in Bratislava and the University of Mannheim in Germany. He completed postgraduate studies in financial management at Vlerick Management School in Belgium.
